This course provides medical and fitness professionals an introduction to the tools needed to safely and effectively design and implement exercise programs for arthritic populations. Current estimates place the number of adults affected by arthritis at one in three. With arthritis being so prevalent, it can be very beneficial for fitness professionals to better understand how to train clients suffering from this disease.
