Training safely is one of the most important mandates that we share as fitness professionals. Ensuring that clients avoid injury must be our chief concern. In order to do this, it’s important to understand the fundamentals of the body’s structure, how it functions and how it moves to know how various exercises will strain the body.
This is also an important consideration for overall programming. With the tools in this course, a fitness professional will be better equipped to train with confidence and safety. This course is taught by Physical Therapist Trudy Messer who has multiple specializations in Orthopedics, Kinesiotaping, Functional Manual Therapy, and is a Certified Yoga Instructor.
